Karen has a very busy and hectic work schedule and has found herself lacking energy and time to exercise. The nutrition side of her health goals have led to unhealthy choices and weight gain. Although she no longer lives in London, she is in regular contact with Chelsea Personal Training and has decided to challenge herself with our help to lose 10kgs by Christmas. The goal is to train outdoors three to five times a week and focus on a nutrition plan that encourages whole foods as opposed to grabbing protein bars on the go. Karen will be logging and blogging her journey in New York and keeping us up to date which we will be sharing via Facebook and Twitter.
