Hiring Agi was a no brainer, as she was the only personal trainer to test my fitness at our first meeting and talk about the link between fitness, nutrition and mental health, which I was interested in. I can definitely vouch for Agi. I trained with her a few months before she went on maternity leave and then with her associate and now back to her again. She is very experienced and listens to the client’s needs. The functional training is great for me. Every session with her is the right amount.
