At Chelsea Personal Training, we have three main goals: 

  • To provide you with safe, fun, and effective personal training plans that will help you to reach your fitness goals from the comfort of your own home, local park, office or gym. 

  • To stay away from all faddy diets. We are personal trainers and not dieticians and we will never advise/suggest faddy diets to you. Instead we will share with you our up to date knowledge on nutrition and work together to ensure that your thinking/feeling about food improves.

  • To help you to feel that we really care about you. We will support you on your personal fitness journey towards a healthy lifestyle before, during, and beyond your time with Chelsea Personal Training.
